You have to fill the Individual Form and present/submit the following documents:
• Evidence of Payment of N10,000 application processing fee
• Valid ID Card (International Passport or Driver’s License or National ID Card)

You have to fill the Organisation Form and present/submit the following documents:
• Evidence of Payment of N10,000 application processing fee
• Valid ID Card (International Passport or Driver’s License or National ID Card)

• CAC Registration/Particulars of Directors (CAC Forms C02 & C07)
Who should fill the application forms?
My client is not in the country, can the authorization letter be scanned to me?
Yes, we accept printed scanned authorization letters along with the other required supporting documents. (Applicant’s ID & Legal Rep’s ID)

Completed Application Forms are to be submitted ONLY at the Kafe District Market Project Office, Kafe District Market Project Site Administrative Block, Kafe, Lifecamp, Abuja.

Can I purchase more than one (1) Shop/Space
Yes, one person or an organisation can purchase a MAXIMUM of 10 shops/spaces
How do I know how much the Shop(s)/Space(s) cost

The Shop/Space Prices are on the website https://kdm.ah-properties.ng/ You can also get the cost of your selected shop/space from the Project Office. You can also receive a generated invoice after payment of the Application Processing Fee, discussing and agreeing on your preferred payment terms. |
How do I make bulk applications?
|
You pick up either an Individual Bulk Application Form and/or Organisation bulk Application Form depending on how u wish to apply (see No.9 and 10). This form will serve as a covering form for the other separate application forms you fill. |
For instance, if you are purchasing 10 shops as an individual, you will fill 1 Individual Bulk Application Form and 10 Individual Application Forms and submit them together.
How do I make bulk payment?
You will be issued Invoices per application within your bulk and make separate payments into the designated AH Properties & Construction Ltd bank account stated on your invoice against each Invoice.
Is there a discount on bulk payments?
No, there is no discount on bulk payments
What are the payment options?
You can make Full Payment or Payment Instalments (40% and above) with a duration of 30-90 days after each subsequent payment and full payment is to be completed with one (1) year.
How do I make payment for the shop(s)/space(s)
An invoice will be generated with the designated AH Properties & Construction Ltd bank account at the project office once you have concluded the application process.
What is the duration and terms for payment installments

Payment Instalments (40% and above). The Duration for Completion of Payment Instalments is one (1) year. After the initial payment, you have 30-90 days to make the next payment. You will receive a Receipt of Payment and Provisional Offer Letter until the payment is completed, then you will be issued an Allocation Letter. |
Do you receive Payments in Foreign Currencies
No, we do not receive payments in foreign currencies. All payments must be made in Naira and into the designated AH Properties & Construction Ltd bank account.
Do you receive Cash Payments?
No, we do not receive cash payments. All payments must be made in Naira and into the designated AH Properties & Construction Ltd bank account.
What happens if I default in payment?

If you default, your payment will be refunded only upon sale and full payment by another off-taker subject to deduction of 5% administrative charges of your current shop/space price. A default is non-payment of monthly/quarterly installments and/or failure to complete payment within the stipulated time-frame |
When do I get my Allocation Letter?
You receive an Allocation Letter upon Full Payment or completion of Payment Instalments for the shop(s)/space(s)
Is there any special arrangement or slot in the shop allocation?

No, there is no special arrangement. The shops are allocated on a First-Pay First-Allocated basis. Full Payment guarantees Allocation. Payment Instalment reserves the space until payment is completed (see Item 26) |
When will the Market construction be completed?
The estimated construction completion is Year 2023
When do I get my Deed of Sub-Lease
You will sign four (4) copies of the Deed of Sub-Lease which will be registered at the Abuja Geographic Information Systems (AGIS) by AICL. You will receive an SMS to pick up your copy once the registration is complete.
